Mindfulness is a practice that helps us remain present and engaged, two things that can be challenging in keeping up with the demands of everyday life and all the distractions we face on a regular basis.
One key aspect of mindfulness practices is being in front of what you’re in front of. My advice to you would be to start practicing increasing your awareness and attention to being present with what is happening for you in the now. Reduce your preoccupation with “what’s coming next.”
